Do you stay in my home overnight?

We do not offer overnight services. We understand that some pets may need a sitter to stay overnight for health reasons, but we find that most healthy pets sleep peacefully and feel secure without the need for constant human presence. Our dedicated team of pet sitters is committed to providing exceptional care, tucking your pet in at their last daily visit before bed, and arriving to greet them with a smile first thing the next morning.

Do you do dog boarding in your home?

We do not offer dog boarding in our own homes. Why? Because we firmly believe that pets are most comfortable and content in their own environment. Our mission is to provide pet sitting services that prioritize your pet’s routine, comfort and happiness right in the place they call home. Staying in their familiar surroundings reduces stress and ensures a happier experience for everyone.

Will I always have the same pet sitter?

No, we are proud to operate as a team of dedicated pet sitters. Because of our team model, we are able to offer greater coverage and availability, even on short notice or during busy times. Each member of our team brings a diverse set of skills and experience, and allows your pets to benefit by interacting with a variety of friendly faces, helping them become more adaptable, comfortable and well-socialized. While the face may change, the consistency of our high-quality care does not. Every team member is extensively trained and in alignment with our core values and standards of excellence in pet care.

Can I schedule my pet sitter to come at a specific time?

While we do not guarantee exact arrival times, we do allow our clients flexible scheduling windows. They are:

Morning (7 a.m. – 10 a.m.)
Mid–Day (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
Afternoon (1 p.m. – 5 p.m.)
Evening (5 p.m. – 8 p.m.)

We ask that clients let us know ideal visit times, and we do our best to get as close to these times as possible. However, because of full schedules and a widespread service area, we aren’t able to accommodate exact visit times. We prioritize pets with time-dependent medication needs first. We guarantee that we will arrive within the scheduled time window. During particularly busy times such as summer and holidays, we may begin our morning visits earlier, or arrive at evening visits later.
